Join us for a conversation around Scott Graham's books and articles!

In this book club, there is no required reading, join us to discuss the authors books, articles, writing style, research, and more.

Scott Graham is the author of Death Valley Duel, book nine in the National Park Mystery Series, published in June by Torrey House Press. The critically acclaimed series features archaeologist Chuck Bender and his family as they encounter villainous intrigue in America’s iconic western national parks, illuminating environmental and social justice issues specific to the parks along the way.

In addition to his mysteries, Scott is the author of five nonfiction books, including Extreme Kids, winner of the National Outdoor Book Award.

Scott is an avid outdoors person and advocate for public lands who lives with his wife, an emergency physician, in Durango. He has worked as a newspaper reporter, magazine editor, radio disk jockey, Durango City Councilor, and coal-shoveling fireman on the steam-powered Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad.

We'll be meeting in the Reading Room on the second floor of the library.
