Want to make a fun space for you and your friends? Join the Teen Advisory Group! Help the library meet your needs and interests, gain valuable experience, meet new friends, and hang out!
The Teen Advisory Group (TAG) is an advisory program for teens ages 13 to 17 that empowers participants to provide valuable input and take an active role in shaping teen library programs, spaces, and collections. Member will meet regularly to give librarians guidance about better serving teens and Library program ideas for our community. Each meeting may be different depending on current goals. We have snacks and it is always fun!
The goal of TAG is to ensure that teens have a meaningful voice in how the library serves them, while also creating an engaging environment that encourages ongoing participation in library activities.
Overlooking the Animas River, the Durango Public Library and Botanical Gardens is one of the most popular gathering spots in our community.
