August's Topic: Professional Nonfiction and Memoir Editing: Q&A with Matt Zepelin

With the appearance of AI, the proliferation of self-publishing and hybrid publishing options, and the consolidation of many traditional publishers, where does the world of nonfiction writing stand?

What exactly do nonfiction editors do?

How can I find out if there's a readership for my memoir?

If you're interested in these questions, or have others you'd like to ask an experienced professional nonfiction editor, come to our monthly meeting of Writers and Scribblers.

We meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:15 p.m. at the Durango Public Library.
