With Mike Smedley, Passionate Gardner

Rock gardening is all about interesting plants, celebrating nature and eschewing the tiresome claptrap of conventional gardening. Join obsessive rock gardener and indefatigable plantsman Mike Smedley for a rockin’ good time. We’ll share tips and techniques on how to create or improve your outcrop, look at some of the super cool small plants you can easily grow, and even help establish a new North American Rock Garden Society (NARGS) local chapter. Every attendee will even get a free rock garden plant or two from Mike’s Garden.
