When Characters Take Over: Tips and Tricks


Have you ever had a character take over your story? Have a character's choices ever threatened to derail your whole book?

How do writers balance character authenticity with their own need for an outline?

We'll discuss tips and tricks for answering these questions at our April meeting of Writers & Scribblers.

W&S is a group for writers of all kinds to learn, practice, and share the art and craft of writing. Our main purpose is to try to help each other through the maze of things you must do as writers; from writing to editing and on to publishing and marketing your books, short stories, essays, or anything else. Discussion topics will vary and sometimes repeat depending upon the needs of the members at the time. W&S is a group for writers of all kinds to learn, practice, and share the art and craft of writing. Join us every second Wednesday of the month.
